Back in May 2021, James and I drove from Barcelona down to Valencia to shoot one of the new team members of the US Men National Team (USMNT), Yunus Musah, a promising up and coming footballer with an interesting childhood.
Born in Italy where he lived his first 9 years, he then moved to the UK and got scouted by Arsenal. He now plays in the first team in Valencia FC, and has recently joined the USMNT.
This shoot was different from what we usually attend as we were allocated an hour with the player, as opposed to the usual 5-10 mins. That allowed us to ask more in-depth questions, get some action on field as well as shooting a second concept video.
